It is important to remember that God is not agaist desire or ambition - many desires are good and right

What is wrong about coverting?

......is idolatry
......leads to other sins
......stops us being generous

In conclusion :

'content' or 'discontent'

We can ask ourselves: within which 'tent' am I going to live?
......Go the world's way and live in 'discontent'
......Go God's way and live in 'content';
both on this life and the life to come.
